Hurricane is producing precision machined, extremely strong 4340  I beam Fit connecting rod sets at very reasonable prices. Hurricane Fit Jazz rod sets are machined to very close tolerances and are far stronger than the original equipment rods. Rods specs:
1. Forged 4340 steel, heat treatment: HRC34-38
2. Pin bushing: QAL10-3-1.5
3. Steel bushing: 40Cr, HRC40-42
4. Tolerance: rod length: ±0.05mm, big end bore:+0.013, small end bore:+0.005, big end width:±0.02 and small end width:0.05
5. I-beam, just like in H-Beam tapered pin end, this feature allows weight saving and increased clearance when using boxed pistons.
