Toyota 1KD X-beam Connecting Rods Description
These Toyota 1KD connecting rods CNC machined from 4340 EN24 aircraft chrome moly forged steel, finished to X-beam style for lighter weight and more strength. The tapered small end and oil groove on big end allows for some weight saving on the reciprocation end and provides increased clearance for pistons. Each 1KD rod is available to install with ARP 2000 bolts rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength .
All the 1kd rods fully shot peened to relieve stress, and honed to meet high quality tolerance standard .
