Hurricane manufacture high performance forged H beam connecting rod for Audi and VW vehicles, per h-beam rod designed and tested by 3D software before producing , and then engineered from high tensile 4340 Chrome Moly steel which multi-stage heat treated to guarantee high fatigue strength as well as good dimensional stability. What’s more, per h-beam shape combines weight saving and high strength to help to handle extreme engine loads .
Per rod’s small ends are bushed for fully floating pin and big ends are fitted with high quality ARP fasteners with different specification bolts available, and high quality dowel sleeves installed to achieve perfect fit and accurate re-assembling.
