Ford Modular forged Connecting Rods are manufactured from Grade Tested (X-Ray & Sonic) 4340 Billet Steel ONE Piece Forging, Sunnen Honing Machines are used for both Big & Pin End Machining and Sizing. Bend and twist is tightly controlled. These I Beam Connecting Rods Ford 5.4L Modular 6.657 are one of the strongest steel conrods available on the market and are capable of handling 1600 HP. We suggest them for all 5.4L / 5.8L applications.
Ford Modular 5.4L 5.8L Connecting Rods are fitted with hurricane 7/16 bolts and silicone bronze wrist pin bushes to ensure reliability. each set are balance weighted in +/- 1 gram.
