Nissan Ca18det con rods made by CNC machine from 4340 EN24 aircraft Chrome Moly forged steel , engineered to I-Beam Shape for extra rigidity . Each rod are heat-treated and shot peened after machining and magnafluxed to provide up fatigue strength, all the Nissan Ca18det rods small ends are bushed for floating pin , and high performance dowel sleeves positively located the rod cap to maintain big end bore size and eliminating cap walk .
