Toyota 1KD I-beam connecting rods CNC machined from 4340 EN24 aircraft chrome moly steel, forged to I-beam construction to offer good combination of light weight and strength for high revving engines, also can handle extreme engine loads. Per 1KD rod featured with an oil groove into pin end to improve pin lubrication, tapered on pin ends to save weight on the reciprocation end and give increased clearance for fully boxed pistons, to develop exceptional strength for the rods.
