Each rod is custom cast and core hardened for increased tensile strength. This process also helps reduce fatigue.  Volvo 850 H-Beam Connecting Rods are honed-in house and held to right scope tolerances.  Conrods For Volvo 850 C70 V70 T-5 2.3L 2.5L B5234T 139.5mm are then weight-matched into sets and boxed for shipment.
