VW 1.8T 144x20mm Forged connecting rods Description

Forged Hurricane customs connecting rod set for 4-cyl VW/Audi motors with 144mm length and 20mm wrist pin, The small end width is 21.9mm.

Hurricane fully finish all rods with advanced CNC machine in China.  Don't accept inferior quality rods machined overseas to unknown tolerances. All tolerances will be noted on drawing when you make order, included:
Main size: Center to center length: +/- 0.05mm; 
Big end bore:+ 0.013mm; 
Small end bore:+ 0.005mm; 
Shoulder width:+/- 0.03mm;
No note tolerance:+/-0.15mm.

These rods engineered from high tensile 4340 steel material , per rod installed with bronzed bushing for floating piston pin . Built with I-beam shape to handly high horsepower , forged with raised caps to reduce stress better . 



Per set rods weight matched within 2 gram , and sold as 4 pieces per set.
