1). Mercedes M104 6cyl con rods manufactured from quenched and tempered high alloy 4340 steel material .
2). I-beam design for greater strength
3). 100% X-rayed, sonic tested and magnafluxed
4). Shot peened to relieve stress and for higher fatigue strength
5). Per rod heat treated to HRC 34-38
6). All small ends are bushed for floating pins
7). Big ends fitted with high quality dowel sleeves for perfect fit and accurate re-assembling
8). Inspected and finished at Hurricane warehouse
9). Optimal balancing for weight matched sets ± 1gram
