Hurricane forged 4340 steel crankshafts offer the maximum strength at an affordable cost. These cranks are made from a non-twist forging, using only certified 4340 steel. Multi-stage heat treated for greater strength, x-rated and sonic tested to ensure quality. All snout, rod, and main journals filet radius are .125" for added strength (requires narrowed bearings). They are fully nitrided for greater longevity and micro-polished to a 3 r.a. or less to maximize bearing life.

Hurricane Chevy 350 3.250" crankshaft Pictures
These 3.250 sbc crankshaft feature a Light Weight design. All cranks are ground to exacting tolerances, magnafluxed and balanced.
All the flank and outline have been CNC machined and shot peened, the appearance is very smooth and beautiful.
