Hurricane Connecting Rod Chrome-moly X-Beam Toyota 3RZ
Hurricane X-Beam 4340 Forged Chrome-moly Steel Connecting Rods are manufactured from a one-piece forging process. This process forces the grain into the shape of a connecting rod, resulting in superior fatigue life.
Every rod is shot peening to stress relieve the metal. x-rays, measure, and Magna-fluxes each rod to ensure quality. Every rod is multi-stage heat treated. And if necessary, Hurricane 7/16 bolt can be installed and provided.
Silicon bronze bushings are inserted for a floating piston pin.
