These forged pistons have been designed for VW/Audi applications, made from high tensile 4032-T6 forged aluminum, fully CNC machined in Hurricane factory , all pistons balanced within 2 gram, each piston are fully inspected during production, include property paramater of metal Inspection, Chemical Inspection, Mechanical Inspection, Hardness Inspection and Over sintering Inspection.
Hurricane 4032 Aluminium Test Report as follow :
Hurricane start to produce high performance forged pistons from 2013, Standard and Custom Pistons are acceptable, fully finish machine 4032 billet piston and half-finish machine 4032 forged piston are available . And if we have suitable mold and fixture for the piston , the delivery time of forged pistons approx 45days ; If the mold and fixture is unavailable , The delivery time approx 70days , the details as below :
