GM Duramax Connecting Rods Description
Hurricane Duramax diesel I beam rods offer a good combination of light weight and strength for high revving engines. Also these I beam rods can handle high rpm tension forces well.
At the picture below is our half finished I beam duramax rods for GM. they are fully finished on CNC machinery, here is a short introduce video to show hurricane factory CNC progress and machiney equipements. Hurricane is a REAL and EXPERIENCED factory you can trust to cooperate with.
The duramax diesel connecting rods strong tapered I beam configuration can handle extreme engine loads. The tapered beam allows for some weight saving on the reciprocation end and gives increased clearance for fully boxed pistons.
Serial Number, A mask with laser letters or numbers engraved at shoulder to make sure every piece of 6.420 duramax diesel connecting rods have corresponding caps. Also warranty the user will assembly the same hole side that the rod was machined or balanced.
